Why put things on my Uniform Display Case that are not according to Regulation?

Our motto is “You Earned it, You Display it” – so you can decorate your Uniform Display Case any way you choose.

With the way we have designed the uniform, it allows you to be as close to regulation as possible, but some items simply look better if placed in a more symmetrical manner.

Our basic guideline is:
If you are retired or ex-service displaying the Uniform Display Case at home you can decorate it any way you choose, whatever LOOKS BEST, if you are active duty and displaying it in your official office or government facility it may be best to stick to the regulations so you don't get critiqued by overzealous onlookers.

We provide the “Collar Display Area” and Display Bar” at the bottom and you can put anything you want in these areas (again whatever LOOKS BEST!).

Some ideas to use for optional display items on your Uniform Display Case:

Military
  • Full Sized Medals as well as the Ribbons (or put them on the display bar)
  • Navy & Coast Guard Shirt Shouler Boards on Jacket
  • All of your - Unit Patches, Ship Patches, Detachment, Group Patches, etc.
  • Challenge Coins
  • Dog Tags
  • Gifts from Foreign Dignitaries
  • Uniform items that you traded with foreign military members
  • Display other unofficial awards or gifts you may have received
  • Unofficial Unit or Group logo's
  • Pictures of you at important junctions in your career ( Promotions, V.I.P. Meetings, etc.)
  • Pictures of you "in action"
  • Pictures of you and your buddies
  • Knives, Bullets, Combat Souvenirs, etc.

Police & Fire

  • Badge Collections
  • Engine Company Patches (Fire Dept.)
  • Patch Collections
  • Fire fighting paraphernalia
  • Police paraphernalia (Handcuffs, Utility Belt,  etc.)

Over the course of a career in uniform - you collect many things that may look good on your Uniform Display Case, if it looks good than use it if you like.

Or keep it strictly regulation - it's up to you...

You Earned it, You Display it..

Thank You
